What materials and stones are available?
Designs may be available in 925 sterling silver and solid 10K, 14K or 18K gold. Metal color and gemstone options vary by design, so check the individual listing.
Will my jewelry look like the listing photos?
Listing images represent the design, setting and finish. Minor color differences may occur because of lighting and screen-display settings.
Is the jewelry suitable for daily wear?
Fine jewelry can be worn regularly with proper care. Avoid harsh chemicals, impact, heavy pressure and abrasive surfaces, and store pieces separately when not in use.
Can I customize size, metal, stone or design?
Customization and engraving may be available. Contact us before ordering to confirm your requirements. Selected custom orders may include a design preview.
Will I receive a jewelry or gemstone certificate?
A certificate is included when stated in the product listing. If certification is important for your order, message us before purchasing.
How to choose your ring size.
For the most accurate fit, professional sizing by a jeweler is recommended. Measure near the end of the day when fingers are slightly larger. Wider bands may fit more snugly than thin rings.
Important for Eternity Bands
Rings with stones placed around the full band can be difficult to resize after production. Confirm your size carefully before ordering and message us if you are between sizes.
Production and delivery estimates.
Processing
Typical made-to-order processing time is 7–10 business days unless the listing states otherwise.
USA Delivery
Estimated delivery is generally 5–7 business days after dispatch.
International Delivery
Estimated delivery is generally 10–15 business days. Customs and duties are the buyer's responsibility where applicable.

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery if you need help. Eligible returns may be accepted within 14 days when the item is unused and in original condition.
A 30% restocking fee may apply to made-to-order items. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Custom, engraved or personalized orders are non-returnable unless the applicable listing states otherwise.
